Haley Moore, a seasoned Sommelier and Wine Director based in San Francisco, California, boasts a remarkable 15-year career in the industry. With notable roles at renowned establishments such as bacar, Spruce, and Stock & Bones, Haley has honed her expertise in curating exceptional wine experiences. Her accolades include passing the Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Exam in 2006 and earning recognition as one of Restaurant Hospitality Magazine’s 'Top 30 under 30' Hospitality Professionals of America in 2008. Currently, as the Wine Director for Empress by Boon in San Francisco's Chinatown, Haley continues to showcase her passion for wine and commitment to excellence.
