Philadelphia, PA – Odessa, the leading global provider of technology solutions for asset finance, today announced the launch of the digital Academy for Lease and Finance Professionals (ALFP) in partnership with the Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) Foundation.
The Odessa and CLFP partnership began with a shared vision of evolving industry learning tools, initially launching a centralized portal to provide a more seamless CLFP re-certification process to leasing and finance professionals. Building upon this capability, today’s launch represents a transformation of the instructor led CLFP academy into a self-paced, interactive online learning experience.
Developed with Odessa’s technology and the CLFP ‘body of knowledge’ from experts across leasing law, accounting and tax, origination and servicing, and sales and marketing, the digital ALFP is packed with expert videos, guided learning modules, and practice quizzes. Participants can elect to take the course to upskill their domain knowledge – and, in preparation to sit for the CLFP exam.
“As businesses grow, it is important that their workforces are able to scale alongside them and are empowered to work smarter, not harder,” Reid Raykovich, CEO at CLFP Foundation. “Not only does the digital CLFP automate learning at scale, but it empowers organizations to maximize the continuous learning experience without the added cost of in-person expenses – something that’s even more valuable in our current economic climate.”
“By working with Odessa to launch the digital ALFP, we are revolutionizing not only how we work but how we are able to better serve our industry members, worldwide,” continued Raykovich.
“Continuous learning and development are an important part of the Odessa DNA,” said Keelie Fitzgerald, SVP, Marketing at Odessa. “We are thrilled to be a part of bringing the digital ALFP not only to our teams around the globe, but also to the broader industry.”
“Working with organizations to streamline and innovate how they work is what drives us every day,” continued Fitzgerald. “Our partnership with CLFP is just another example of how transformation is possible when organizations prioritize investment in their future.”
