Odessa, today announced it has won two Best in Class Interactive Media Awards (“IMA”) in the Events and B2B categories for Odessa’s corporate websites. This is the second consecutive year Odessa has been recognized with this distinction, which the IMA describes as “the highest honor bestowed by the Interactive Media Awards.”
Created by the Interactive Media Council, the IMA program represents the very best in website planning, execution and overall professionalism. Odessa was named a 2017 IMA Best in Class winner in the Events and B2B categories by achieving overall scores of 490 and 494 out of a total possible 500, respectively. Judging was based on five core criteria, each of which accounted for 100 of the 500 possible points: design; content; feature functionality; usability; and standards compliance.
The IMA is an international recognition program created to recognize and elevate standards of professional and ethical excellence for the Internet, encompassing site content, usability, compatibility and code quality, among others. The awards are open to nominations from advertising agencies, internal corporate marketing departments and web design firms, as well as individual graphic artists and web designers.
“We are excited to win not just one, but two IMA Best in Class Awards,” said Keelie Fitzgerald, VP Marketing at Odessa. “Odessa works passionately to continuously evolve our browser-based products and corporate websites – not only so that they look great, but also to deliver a meaningful user experience and substantive content. We’re equally as passionate about the production of microsites and digital campaigns, and these awards are a reflection of all the hard work and thought that went into these initiatives.”
