“We are delighted to receive this award as it validates our philosophy that ‘bringing your whole self to work’ makes Odessa a wonderful place to work,” said Namita Kutty, Odessa’s AVP, Human Capital Management: India. “We attribute our recognized ‘fun factor’ to the fact that employee activities and committees are run by the employees themselves.”
In addition to Odessa’s company award, Ms. Kutty was named one of the ‘100 Top HR Minds’ in India. Only individuals who accomplish extraordinary people-centric work in the industry are chosen for this award. “Our congratulations to Namita for receiving well deserved recognition, in addition to our India human resources team who continuously work to drive employee experience,” said Jean Burns, Odessa’s AVP, Human Capital Management: USA.
